Remarque

Tallio is in early access. The sandbox is live and stands in for the provider and AADE, so nothing you send there is issued. Get early access for a sandbox key.

From sandbox key to webhook #

  1. Get a sandbox key

    Early access comes with a test key (sk_test_…). Send it as a Bearer token on every request.

  2. Preview a document

    Create a merchant for the business, then preview a document: Tallio validates and classifies it and returns any warnings, without issuing it.

  3. Issue it

    Create the document with an idempotency key. A retry with the same key returns the first document.

  4. Receive the webhook

    When the document is issued, Tallio sends a signed webhook with the result. Check the signature before you trust it.

Your first call #

Preview a document from a shell: set TALLIO_API_URL and TALLIO_API_KEY (your sandbox key), and put the document in document.json. Nothing is issued.
