Common questions
Questions
Install the plugin in WordPress, then click Connect to Tallio in its settings: you sign in to Tallio, approve the store, and connect your e-invoicing provider once.
Yes. The checkout asks for the business’s VAT number and name, and a buyer who forgot can still ask from the order page until the document is issued. In Greece the number is checked against the VAT registry before the invoice is issued.
Yes. Invoices to French businesses are issued through your e-invoicing platform, numbered in their own series. Sales to consumers are e-reported, not invoiced, so the plugin issues no document for them: you report them through your platform.
The refund is issued as a credit note linked to the order’s document, for exactly what was refunded.
It goes on the Action needed list with the reason, so you can fix it and retry, or issue it by hand and mark it handled. Nothing is issued on a guess.
